Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 10:30 am–8:30 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (310) 301-3300. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 138 reviews, which is a strong result for a chinese restaurant in Marina Del Rey and suggests consistent service.

Marina Del Rey is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Marina Del Rey follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Found this little hole in the wall restaurant and it is definitely a hidden gem. Look for the sign that has Krispy Krunchy Chicken on a red barn. Quick and easy service. The food was so savory and flavored with tasty seasoning. Recommend you try it!

Its a combination of Chinese fast food and fried chicken. The food thats already made, panda express style, is decent. Some of the food has been sitting out for a while but they did bring out new batches every now and then. We got orange chicken and beef broccoli to compare and surprisingly both were actually decent. Very Chinese style. The singapore

Decent food for the money. My expectations were low and they were more than met. Average portion size by the Chinese-American joint standards. Would stop by here again. There is space to eat inside but no bathroom to wash your hands. Also - not specific to this place but the plaza in general - there is nowhere to lock up a bicycle, just so you’re aware.

This comment is for food only as I had someone do the pickup. The two-item combo is $11.99 and five-piece wing is $10.38, not a bad deal given the inflation era we have been living in. We ordered: Combo 1: Fried rice/Singaporean noodle half half, Orange chicken, Spicy fish tofu. They all have excellent tastes and texture. The fish and tofu has a little numbing pepper in it which tastes legit and I really like it. Combo 2: Chow Mein, mixed veggie, black pepper chicken, salt pepper shrimp. Again, the taste hit the spot. The shrimp is crispy enough to chew and eat the shell too. 5-piece wings: the wings are crispy outside and juicy inside. The original flavor makes it mild and not overall salty. Perfect for fried chicken. In my opinion, the food is much better than Panda Express as they are less greasy and way less saltier. If you crave for a quick bite of fast food Chinese, I would highly recommend Golden Scoop!

We're from out of town and happened to stop in right at the lunch rush. Despite that, we got our food extremely fast and experienced great service! The food was very delicious and reasonably priced. We forgot to take pictures of the food before we started eating because it looked so tasty! We'll definitely be coming back here again before we leave town! Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but it just depends on what's available when you get here. Plenty of parking within walking distance though. Excellent food, fabulous service, and great price. Highly recommended for your top-notch American Chinese!
